Week 3 Practice: Interviewing With Examples

This post is an assignment for my Career Development online course.  In this assignment I was to create a video telling to stories.  One a time where I failed and how I handled myself professionally and one where I had to manage a project.  I am to elaborate on what I learned and how I grew from each experience.
